The PEX multilayer pipe EVOH 5 is a new pipe with two PEXb layers and an oxygen barrier made of EVOH, belonging to the Multypexalfa line. The bonding layer is obtained with a functionalised polymer that indissolubly bonds the PEXb to the outer EVOH layer. The latter guarantees oxygen impermeability and fulfils the requirements of DIN 4726, preventing the diffusion of oxygen into heating systems.
Ideal for underfloor heating and cooling systems, it is widely used in compressed air systems, naval and industrial plants.
