Wedge clamp saddle is designed for fast and reliable branching of PP or PE pipes in hydraulic applications related to the distribution of pressurised fluids. Wedge clamp saddle is made without bolts from black high-impact UV-stabilised PP and is available from diameter 32 up to 110: it has a BSP (GAS) female thread from ½” to 4″. It is equipped with a nitrile rubber gasket and two PP slides that simplify assembly work as no spanners or bolts are required: assembly is done by hand and using a rubber hammer to determine the seal.

It withstands operating pressure PN6 and is particularly used in drinking water transport systems in aqueducts and civil plants, in irrigation and gardening, geothermal plants, and for conveying wastewater and industrial water.
