Made of random polypropylene in an opaque colour that prevents the entry of light and hinders microbiological growth in the transported water. It provides a UV barrier and greater resistance to ageing, allowing pipes and fittings to be used outside buildings and in industrial plants. The Alfaidro UV system also features Faser pipes with a glass fibre interlayer and a black PPR outer layer.
