IPS Clamp saddle with reinforcing ring is designed for fast and reliable branching of PP or PE inch pipes in hydraulic applications related to the distribution of pressurised fluids. IPS Clamp saddle with reinforcing ring is made of blue, UV-stabilised high-impact PP and is available in diameters from 1½ up to 6″: it has a female NPT thread from ½” to 2″. The thread is reinforced with an AISI 430 stainless steel ring that guarantees a very high PN16 pressure seal. It is equipped with a nitrile rubber gasket and galvanised steel or A/304 stainless steel bolts (on request)
It withstands operating pressure PN16 and is used in particular in drinking water transport systems in aqueducts and civil plants, irrigation and gardening, geothermal plants, and for conveying wastewater and industrial water.
