The Plastica Alfa Threaded Reducing Nipple is designed for threaded connections from ø ½” to 4″ in hydraulic applications related to the distribution of pressurized fluids in irrigation and waterworks systems. The UV-stabilised, high-impact black PP reducing nipple has two different BSP (GAS) male threads and is designed and tested to guarantee a PN16 working pressure: it has a central hexagon for easy gripping.
In particular, it is used in drinking water transport systems in aqueducts and civil installations, in irrigation and gardening, geothermal systems, and for conveying wastewater and industrial water.

REINFORCING RING:
The presence of the reinforcement ring in couplings with female threads provides an additional guarantee in terms of resistance to operating pressures, especially at high temperatures and in the long term.
